1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public TastyPals website, including city pages, guide pages, restaurant pages, Taste ID interactions, search, and any related contact flows. It also applies to the TastyPals mobile app and to related services used to deliver content, advertising, analytics, restaurant data, and product functionality across those surfaces.

5. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
We use a mix of essential and optional storage technologies on the website.
- Essential storage: used to keep the site functioning, remember Taste ID progress, preserve product state, and store your cookie preferences.
- Optional advertising cookies: used only if you accept them, and only if advertising is enabled on the site. These may support ad delivery, measurement, and ad-related personalization where allowed.
If you are served a cookie banner, you can accept or reject optional advertising cookies. You can also reopen your preferences later through the footer link labeled Cookie Preferences.
6. Advertising disclosures
TastyPals Labs Ltd may display advertisements on selected pages. If Google AdSense or similar advertising products are enabled, those services may process information in accordance with their own policies and your consent choices. Where required, we will request consent before loading non-essential advertising technologies.
For visitors in jurisdictions that require consent for advertising cookies or personal data processing for ads, TastyPals Labs Ltd intends to rely on a consent flow designed to satisfy those requirements. We do not state here that we “sell” personal information in the technical sense used by every privacy law. If our practices change in a way that triggers specific disclosure or opt-out requirements, this policy should be updated before launch of those features.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide the requested experience, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
